We have just arrived at the 'Skyline Trail', it takes off to the left.   I believe it follows the ridge and is suppose to have some spectacular views.   If you look at the picture you'll see a sign reading 'Three Lakes', it reads 2.9 miles.   It has taken us 4 hrs to hike those miles, its been consistantly a up hill climb except for the last 1/4 mile coming down to this location.  . Also in the picture you'll see a sign reading the 'Elip Cr. Trail', this trail will be the one we will be taking and it takes of to the right.
